Dans le boudoir (“in the bedroom”) celebrates the delicacy and intricate beauty of lingerie through a series of pen and ink line drawings. I created the line art by hand with a fine-tipped pen, scanned the drawings, and added spot colors digitally. I envision these pieces serving as artwork in promotional and packaging materials for a luxurious designer lingerie brand interested in evoking a delicate, soft, and feminine feeling for their clothing line.
 

These drawings were a joy to create. I enjoy working with the beautiful details and intricate patterns in lingerie, where simple collections of lines can suggest texture, color and form.
